1. Where are your notepads made?

All of our notepads are thoughtfully designed and made with care by me. I source high-quality materials to ensure they look and feel beautiful while remaining functional and durable.

2. What paper do you use for your notepads?

I use premium, high-quality paper that’s smooth to write on and designed to minimise ink bleed-through. The paper weight varies depending on the product, but each one is carefully selected for the best writing experience.

3. Do you take custom orders?

At this time, I don’t offer fully custom orders, but I am always working on expanding my collections. If you have specific requests or ideas, feel free to reach out—I love hearing from you!

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

Each item is made to order, so please allow 3-5 business days for production before shipping. Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

5. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of my products, I typically don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact me, and I will do my best to make things right.

6. Can I stock your products in my shop?

I love seeing my products in stores! If you’re interested in wholesale, please get in touch, and I will be happy to discuss potential partnerships.
